Sponsorship

ISME is happy to sponsor your event in Microbial Ecology such as Symposia, Workshops and Meetings.

If you are interested in an ISME Sponsorship, you can write a Proposal to the ISME Office that includes a full description of your event,  the scientific merit and your contact details. The Treasurer/ Secretary of ISME will then take your proposal in consideration and will answer, after consulting the Executive Board of ISME, before the end of the same year.

Please note that ISME only sponsors in uneven years; the years that there are no ISME Symposia!
That means we can sponsor your event in 2009,  2011 and 2013 etc.

If your event takes place in the year 2009, the Sponsorship Proposal Deadline is September 14th 2008

If your event takes place in the year 2011, the Sponsorship Proposal Deadline is September 12th 2010

When ISME decided to sponsor your event we require a written report about the event (within 2 months after the event has taken place) along with a few pictures so we can place this on our website.
