We are looking for a postdoctoral research associate to work in areas pathobiome of beef cattle and the impact of SARS-CoV-2 across meat processing.  This is an interdisciplinary project integrating multi-OMICS, microfluidics, microscopy and large-scale modeling. The Postdoctoral Research Associate will be responsible for designing, conducting and summarizing research projects associated with the microbiome. The project requires individual who has an interest in both computational and analytical skills in performing experiments and analyzing large sequencing datasets.

This work is aligned with a recently funded USDA-AFRI proposal and collaboration between Texas A&M University, University of Pennsylvania, USDA-ARS U.S. Meat Animal Research Center and industrial partners.
